• The loss appraisals are carried out only at the company’s headquarters, which ensures the high quality of reports and makes it possible to shorten the time when the deliverables are ready. 

• When considering controversial situations and at requests of Customers, our building experts employed at one of the departments of RusSurvey^® can participate in the appraisal.

• The automated loss appraisal control system (CRM Insurance software) has been introduced at the Company, by means of which Insurers have on-line access to all information on current loss handling work (loss status, specialists’ comments, access to inspection findings and data submitted by company’s specialists).

The system provides on-line access to information from any device with an Internet connection. Access to the system is allowed only to authorized users; state-of-the-art information security measures are used for protection.
